Beach Condo/ High-End Finishes/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 101
Condo 101 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor and faces east toward the ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, two king beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has granite and tile as well as custom finishes throughout. Condo 101 has two floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with black-out drapes and whispy white sheers. Walk about 10 yards to the beach and pool from your condo. Upgrades include reclining beds and custom bluetooth speakers in the bathroom.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like VRBO may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to VRBO and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.
Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe
Q: Can I see the ocean from my condo?
A: Yes, but the view may be limited due to the plants on the beach dune
Q: Do I have an alarm clock?
A: Yes
Q: Is parking free?
A: Yes, the gated section of the parking lot is free to renters
