Lovely accomodation in a lovely area. Easy access to Subiaco, Kings Park and Shenton Park. Very much appreciated the parking bay which could accomodate a large vehicle. Well equipped kitchen.
Couldn’t get hold of the property manager leading up to check in, then when I did speak with him he claimed he couldn’t get hold of me. I was text messaging him and via stayz. Drains smelt, broken power outlets, both bed sheets stained ad said entire house but a room was blocked off overall very dirty have photos which I sent to property manager and again no response absolutely disgusting property and service, the last time we’ll be using stayz

Ryan struggles to speak english without profanity. Also never read any of the information on his check in details. He later admitted he had it all only positive thing about him. He says he is leaving Stayz we reported him to be removed so all should end well. Dont allow him to Stay at your property is our recommendation
