Condo 403 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo boasts quartz and tile throughout. The appliances are top of the line, and the furniture is stunning. Condo 403 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Outstanding, amazing views from a very nice condo!!!

Recently updated and very nice. Bed was super comfortable, bedding was also very nice. Its a beautiful condo! Check in/out was very easy. It overlooks the beach and the views are amazing. We loved eating breakfast and lunch on the patio looking at the sea with the sounds of the waves... We want to come back very soon!!!!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony is expectacular. Kitchen fully equipped and linen for sofa bed easy to find and clean. Do not recommend for an elderly person as there are no bars in bathroom or hand shower.

We will be back! Absolutely beautiful stay- comfortable bed and furniture. My only complaint is that the pots and pans were a bit on the tired side. This would not stop us from a return stay. You will not be disappointed! Spectacular!!!!!!

Island Beach Resort

The hubs and I were looking for a few days away. This was PERFECT for us. High-End finishes and furniture, clean and fresh and beach chairs(yay). The condo is on the 4th floor oceanfront and it has double the balcony of most other units. We had a really good time relaxing, at the beach and in the condo. It was worth every penny and we would love to stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect. Beautiful big patio overlooking the ocean with lots of seating options. The big was super comfy and you could hear the waves while you slept. The staff at the resort were so nice as well. We will definitely going back.

I absolutely love Jenson Beach and this was my second trip to Ocean Beach. Our condo was oceanfront and had the most unbelievable views. We had dinner at both Shuckers and Sauters Landing.....incredible food! My little get a way is exactly what I needed. I will most definitely be back!
