Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Everything was fine untill we stated to pack to leave. Suitcases in closets developed mold as well as the decorative pillows we took off the bed and stored there. The source of the mold needs to be determined

Hi Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback and take all concerns seriously, especially those related to the comfort and safety of our guests. As soon as we were notified about the mold issue, we took immediate action. Our team promptly inspected the unit thoroughly and found that the mold was limited to two decorative pillows and the suitcase in the closet. No other items in the unit or the closet itself showed any signs of mold. A mold remediation member was sent to assess the area, and a temporary dehumidifier was installed in the unit as a precautionary measure. No further mold has been detected anywhere in the unit. Our investigation suggests that this was an isolated incident, possibly resulting from the pillows or suitcase being stored while damp, which can create conditions for mold growth on those specific items. The unit itself has been thoroughly inspected and cleared, with no mold present in any other areas. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our guests. We hope that this isolated issue won't deter you from staying with us again. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
