This ground floor condo, in Settlers Crossing complex is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with views of the wooded area behind the unit and a courtyard view with Mount Morrisey to the front. Located next to the Orient Chairlift and only a short distance from the East Village center. This unit backs onto a wooded tree line, just beyond the tree line you will find the golf course in the summer and the ski runs in the winter.
The unit has an open concept kitchen, living and dining room design with great lighting that is perfect for spending time with family or friends. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware and cookware essentials complete with breakfast bar that can seat 3. The kitchen opens to a dining area containing a large table with chairs for 6. Continuing to the living room space there is a large couch to seat 3 along with 2 comfortable lounge chairs positioned in front of the flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Next to the living room there is a door that opens up to a deck space with a private hot tub perfect for relaxing in after a day on the mountain, along with a BBQ and a table with 2 chairs. Additionally, this unit comes with the following amenities: a private ski locker next to the front door, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer.
This unit is approximately 934 sq ft and can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

Take the East Village Ski Way run until you have crossed under the Orient Chairlift. Once under the Orient chairlift you will ski to the down towards the left, across the golf course and you will be at the back of the Settlers Crossing Complex.
Ski-out:
To ski-out from the back of the Settlers Crossing Complex, you will ski across the golf course/Nordic trails until you are under the Orient Chairlift, continue down and you will be able to access the Orient or Morrisey chairlifts, and provide access to the other chairlifts throughout the resort

Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes, 11 - 13 minutes
Village Day Lodge, 16 - 18 minutes
Skating Rink, 9 - 11 minutes
In-Resort Shuttle:
