Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Very Disappointed. The property is not up to an appropriate standard. Not even close.
• Leg broken on dinning chair – solution by mgmt to remove the chair
• Dirty cups, cutlery and crockery – solution by mgmt eventually cleaned these
• Wiring draped up and over curtains – solution by mgmt to do nothing.
• A laundry door not permitted to be closed due to poor ventilation – solution by mgmt to remove the sign and said it was there in error.
• No compendium provided, so little / no info provided about the property.
• Broken door handle on clothes drying - – solution by mgmt to say it was usable and left as is.
• Both bathrooms show residue of persistent “flooding” – solution by mgmt was to decline to acknowledge this issue.
• Ensuite shower that floods the bathroom, so cannot be used - solution by mgmt was to decline to acknowledge this issue.
• Large crack in toilet bowl – not safe to use – solution by mgmt said it was safe.
• The other shower leaks too much and had black mould in the ceiling! – solution by mgmt was to ignore the leaking and blame us for the black mould. Mgmt eventually cleaned and then slammed us for not using the extractor system. Mgmt were oblivious to the fact that the building had a ventilation system that was permanently on. There was no other extractor system.
• Bugs growing in the dirty jug–solution by mgmt to eventually replace it.
• Window with broken latch that would not close.
I feel ripped off. Do not stay here or with The Boutique Collection.
