It is also convenient to snowmobile trails and Hardwood Hills Ski and Bike Facility as well. The Cozy Cottage is minutes from Barrie, Orillia and Midland/Penetanguishene. This Cottage Sleeps 6 and is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stereo, satellite television with DVD player, bedding, bath towels, dishes and cutlery.
This vacation destination is great for small groups or individual families.

Wonderful stay

We had a nice time at this cabin! The place was spacious and cozy. Waking up to the view of the lake was wonderful. It had everything we needed but the only thing we wished we knew was that the lake contained blue-green algae so we could not swim.

Cozy Cottage

The cottage is as you see it in the images. I love that it was so close to the lake and their were fun activities provided with it e.g., canoe, kayak, and paddle boat. The rooms were a good comfortable size. Lee was friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Exceeded our expectations

We had an amazing long weekend at this cottage. We have been renting cottages for many years and there’s something about this one, it was just soo relaxing though it was close to the road but that didn’t bother us a single bit. It was nice that there’s a general store minutes away from the property. Next time, we know not to bring a whole lot, you can basically find everything in that store. We will definitely come back and make more memories in this cottage. Majoleah

My husband and I have enjoyed sharing our cozy and rustic cottages on Orr Lake. The view is fantastic and the surroundings are so very calm and peaceful. Having a morning coffee on the dock in the summer months is a fantastic way to start the day. We get to experience our little bit of paradise while others are not. We have two cottages which are side by side and therefore can accomodate small and larger groups. We ourselves enjoy to water ski, knee board, downhill ski and snowmobiling. We love to hear that others enjoy these sports as well, along with just relaxing with a book. Reading is also a passion of mine. While we have guests at our cottages, we like to give them the utmost privacy but try to be available when needed.
