Ideal for a family with children. A charming 1930 House very well located between the beach, the center of Carnac Plage with the Yacht Club (300m), the shopping center (150m). Everything can be done on foot. 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. A very bright basement for children (2 bedrooms and a bathroom). On the ground floor a big kitchen, a dual aspect living room and dining room facing the west. On the 1st floor, a master bedroom (bedroom+bathroom) a 2nd bedbroom (+bathroom) with a balcony facing the sea. Small garden with outdoor shower.
Carnac Plage an ideal place for family holiday.
Lots of different and close beaches, children club, a very famous sailing school, a Kite spot, Tennis, all local shop accessible on foot.
