Walking distance or a 3 minute drive to Port Carling for groceries, LCBO, amenities, quant shops, waterfront dining, tour boats and farmers markets! For the golf enthusiasts, there are multiple public courses within a 15 minute drive. Dock your boat here in south Lake Rosseau and cruise the Big 3 Lakes: Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka from this fabulous location in the heart of Muskoka. Visit resaurants and resorts by boat or car - Windemere Resort, JW Marriot, The Water's Edge (Lake Joseph Club waterfront restaurant open to the public), Turtle Jacks or Tulo's. Catch a live concert at The Kee to Bala playing Billy Idol, Kim Mitchell, The Trews, 54-40, The Glorious Sons and The Sheepdogs during our availability this summer. Book yourself exercise classes at Sudio3 Muskoka (8 mins away), or join a yoga class at The Boathouse Yoga company (18mins away). Our cottage is located central to all of these activities to make your vacation seemless.

WATERFRONT:
Shallow sandy beach entry perfect for the little ones and playing badminton or volleyball in the water. There is deeper water off the end of dock for jumping in the warm bay of Lake Rosseau. The bottom of the lake is hard packed sand. There are two large lounging areas next to each other right at the waterfront - a spaceous cottage deck as well as a granite flagstone patio, both with scenic lake views. This area is fully equipped with outdoor furniture: 4 chaise loungers with cushions, an extra large red umbrella for shade, a large rattan sofa & 2 double rattan chairs. There is no shortage of modern comfortable outdoor furniture for you to enjoy lounging the day away in the sunshine. woodburning outdoor fireplace (chimineas style) sets the mood nicely in the late afternoon on this patio. Boat parking is available on either side of the dock surrounding the boat house (interior of boat house not included in rental).

PROPERTY & COTTAGE
As you arrive to the cottage, a level entry driveway leads you to the cottage with beautiful flowering landscaping. There is ample parking at the property for 6 guests.

You have unobstructed views of Lake Rosseau thanks to a large 400 square foot deck with glass railings which runs the full length of the cottage and overlooks a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy alfresco dining outside on a large wood table on the deck with 6 wicker chairs. Another seating area on the deck boasts an outdoor propane fireplace with a large sectional with white cushions and a red umbrella to shade from the sun; a great space to relax with a fantastic view of the lake and pre-dinner cocktails prior to preparing dinner on the Weber BBQ.

Step out from the front door of the cottage to a large round pebble patio accented by flowering landscaping and a woodburning outdoor fireplace (chimineas style) surrounded by 6 red Muskoka chairs with more Lake Rosseau views. Twinkle lights hang overhead in this area illuminating your night outdoors. Enjoy an evening of star gazing and roasting marshmallows.

INTERIOR
This tastfully decorated cottage will make you feel relaxed immediately with calming white furniture, fur rug, white antler chandelier and sophisticated cottage decore. Beautiful open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, Nesspresso Machine, crystal stemware and elegant china to enjoy many fantastic dinners and eat under the stars on the deck with scenic lake views. With these elegant home amenities, you will surely have a true Muskoka experience!

The living room has two large sliding glass doors framing beautiful lake views on either side of a stone fireplace and TV under a vaulted ceiling. An extra large white sofa, love seat and 2 arm chairs provide comfortable seating for 7 people. Bell satellite televsion and Wifi is available and included.

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS
#1 Bedroom - King Bed with lake facing views and ensuite bathroom (vanity, shower, toilet); dresser, walk-in closet and hair dryer.
#2 Bedroom - Queen Bed with "Jack & Jill" style ensuite bathroom (this is a shared bathroom with #3 bedroom - vanity, shower, toilet); dresser, closet and hair dryer.
#3 Bedroom - Queen Bed with "Jack & Jill" style ensuite bathroom (this is a shared bathroom with #2 bedroom - vanity, shower, toilet); dresser, closet and hair dryer.

WHAT IS SUPPLIED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:
BEDROOMS - are supplied with: bed sheets, bed duvets and covers, bath towels, bath mats, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
KITCHEN - is supplied with: dish towels, disposable dish cloths, dish soap, dishwasher detergant and a small collection of condiments: salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
6 BEACH TOWELS
***One set of linens are supplied for your use, as there is a washing machine and dryer for available for your use.

NOT INLCUDED:
The garage, bunkie and the interior of the boat house are not included in rental. Guest may use the deck surrounding the boat house, they just can not enter the inside of it.
