This was a very spacious place to stay for my teenage son and I. Proximity to Rainbow Bridge was a big plus, as well as well-stocked kitchen. I also really appreciated the host's accurate description of not only the property but also the neighborhood. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The check-in is smooth, you have all that you are going to need in the kitchen, TV in the living room and both bedrooms, the location of the apartment is perfect. The host is great.

3 Day Vacation

Great host. Clean house/property. Spacious enough for our family of four (including children ages 10 & 5). We walked downtown & back to the house a few times each day. No problems, great AC & accommodations as listed. We had a great time there!

Great place to stay

A great place to stay within walking distance of all Niagara Falls attractions US and Canada. The pedestrian bridge to Canada is just a couple of blocks away As well as the entrance to the Niagara Falls Park . Communication with the host was easy anything we would have needed would have been supplied.

Niagara Trip

I travelled from Australia for the first time to US and I was a little nervous about accomodation as it was a complete new country , but timely responses of host and convenient location of house just made my trip very relaxing, efficient and productive, for me it’s overall 5 stars , I would highly recommend it for the value for money . :)

I loved how close the property was to all the attractions the falls has to offer. The host has a great way of expressing hospitality, and comfort. The amenities offered while staying are unmatched by most host. I was surprised to see hygiene items not hotel stuff either real brands, there was also plenty of kitchen utensils to use if needed, and even coffee, creamer, air fryer, AC in every room, comfortable beds, awesome shower with good water pressure, and a home security system to ensure safety of guest. I will definitely come back and recommend to others Dhawal was an amazing host and communication was easy we enjoyed our stay.

I found a delightful spot to relax amidst the beautiful scenery. With Niagara Falls just a short 5-minute drive away, what a convenient location! Positive experience with the host, including their professional and friendly communication, made our stay pleasant. The smooth check-in and check-out process added to the overall professionalism. It's good to note the presence of other guests on the second floor, as well as window ac units but subtly enhancing the ambiance without causing any disturbances. I definitely recommend this place. Overall great experience. Clean and easy access. 😊

Cozy Indeed

Just what our family of 3 needed for our 3 days, 2 nights stay in Niagara Falls NY. It is located in a neighborhood with mostly old houses around. You can literally walk down to all tourists area including crossing down Canada through Rainbow Bridge. The house is a bit old itself, but VERY CLEAN! Although I recommend a dryer because it’s hard to hang dry our clothes after being fully soaked from our Cave of the Winds adventure.😁 Check in process was very easy and the host responds quickly & VERY ACCOMMODATING. Big shout out for letting us check-in early! I recommend this if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

Close to Falls

We were in a neighborhood that was considered safer than only 6% of US cities. That being said, everyone minded their business and left us alone. We were able to walk to the falls quickly as well as to food and attractions. The home was mostly clean, but there is a water leak from the cieling access in the first bedroom in the hall. There was bare minimum in the kitchen to work with. Don't plan on cooking much there or bring your own pans!!! The owner was quick to respond and very kind. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but felt unprepared for the location or food preparation.

We did not stay at this home due to the location and status of the neighborhood. Very few homes were livable and in horrible condition. Bar on the corner and 7/11 were both sketchy. We did not feel safe and the owner had total disregard for the situation. Even local police and other people we talked to said the area was bad. There should have been full disclosure about the location and condition of neighborhood.

Well it was for the most part clean. The ceiling in the bathroom is a little sketchy. Like it had water damage from upstairs apartment. There was a smell in our lower unit. I contacted owner and the next day they dropped off freshener to spray, it helped. One of the beds was very hard. The other one was alittle better. I slept on the couch the last 2 nights. I would recommend a new couch thou. It has a cover on it and I was thinking maybe the smell might be coming from the couch not sure. Having someone staying upstairs was very annoying. It was hard to sleep with people moving around up there. You can hear everything.It says it has a relaxing backyard but the grass was a foot tall. I contacted the owner he said they would take care of it but never did. The location to everything was the best thing about the wholeplace but it is not in a very good neighborhood thou.The 7-11 was convenient open 24 hours. The owner responds back pretty fast.

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay — particularly regarding the smell, bed comfort, and noise from the upstairs unit. Our listing does mention that there may be guests staying in the upper unit as well, as these are older houses that have been converted into separate apartments. We’ve tried to give the property a modern look while maintaining its character and doing our best to take care of every aspect possible. Following your feedback, we arranged a professional deep cleaning of the unit. No odor was found during inspection, but we still proceeded with a full deep cleaning of the sofa just to ensure freshness. We’re also reviewing the furniture and bedding for added comfort. I sincerely apologize for the delay in attending to the backyard grass — this has been addressed with our maintenance team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I’m glad you appreciated the convenient location and our responsiveness. Thank you once again for staying with us and for helping us improve with your valuable feedback.
