Perfect location and very cozy! Contact person was very responsiveband efficient. We were able to walk to the slopes! The condo is updated and well equipped. We are hoping to go back soon.
Great condo. Beds and pillows great. Only negative was being on 1st floor right above the service entrance. lol. If you’re not an early riser. Great weather. Good to get a break from the heat.
If you are cooking you may need measuring spoons and strainer everything else was fine

Beautiful Views
The condo was quite spacious and clean. The views were amazing. Our only issue was that all of the amenities were closed. We chose this condo because there was a fitness room available. We had to go into town and get a day pass for a local gym. It would have been nice to have been told about this.
Checked all the basic boxes. Has not been updated but is well maintained and clean. Only “complaints” we had are that the shower heads REALLY need to be replaced and there is no Keurig coffee maker. We’ve stayed in more updated properties at Sugartop but this one met our needs.
Poor. They canceled my unit as i was checkung in.Had to relocate last minute and cost me several hundrdd dollars more.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It could have been cleaner but we had some issues that weren't resolved the code for the door lock didnt work most of the time so that interfered with family time we could all leave together to do things and the stove top was broken and one of the tvs was broken the owner did send someone about the tv but it was not replaced

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Positives: convenient to activities. Plenty of space. Full kitchen. Great indoor pool. Drawbacks: shower doesn’t drain. Also shower use has suggested/regulated length and frequency of use. Queen bed not supportive and squeaky. Washing machine very noisy. Bathroom rugs filthy. Balcony overlooks and very close to working space below. Contacted owner about maybe getting bath drain looked at but never heard back in the 5 days we were there.
Great value and clean overall. You have to park your car below the gate and they offer shuttles to bring you up. There are also shuttles to the Sugar Mountain Ski resort.Feedback for property management: Attention to small details makes a huge difference. A little touch up of paint on the wall as and maybe changing the super old electric outlets could be a nice touch. There a few light bulbs that needs replacement. We had to buy more toilet paper since there was only a little left. Changing the toilet seat is a great idea since the other one is super old. Although the building is old, the unit doesn’t have to look so old. Put a sticky note on the router with the Wi-Fi password is a good idea. Thank you for your attention.
great views and pretty, but pricy given the things that need some love
Negatives: in summary - needs some love. Multiple Outlet sockets not workingMultiple light bulbs not working Janky holes in walls from a prior window treatment was an eye sore Sliding door handle/lock broken Funky brown stain on vanity left of toilet by entry door Positives:Responsive host - they stuck fans in the unit before we arrived because we were concerned to learn there is NO A/C Between fans and windows - the temperature was ok. Hard to cool down if you’re in a hurry - like showering and getting ready for an event. Appliances worked Real wood fireplace is charming Nice furniture Killer views Uncluttered, minimalist decor. Had children’s books. Shuttle service was outstanding. We were apprehensive but it never delayed us and the drivers were charming, almost like tour guides. In summary - gave a 4 because I feel the price of the unit justifies fixing what must be known issues - at least known to the cleaners if not to the host.
