Duck Pin Lodge is a 9-bedroom Premier luxury vacation experience that comfortably sleeps 34 and is the first vacation rental property in the Smoky Mountains to bring you your very own personal bowling alley. It is a one-of-a-kind, designer inspired custom-built home catering to the discerning traveler seeking the most unique and luxurious vacation experience.

This amazing home features top-of-line amenities such as an Authentic Full Length Two-Lane Duck Pin Bowling Alley, 34ft x 16ft Heated Indoor-Swimming Pool with 7ft Waterslide, Game Room, Stunning Gourmet Kitchen, Custom Outdoor Fire Pit, Hot Tub and so much more.

As you enter the home you will immediately be wowed by the open floor plan with stunning great room, dining area and gourmet kitchen.

Entering through the gorgeous gourmet kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals with ease as the kitchen is fully equipped and features 2 stainless steel ranges, over the range large pot filler, 2 oversized refrigerators, wall oven/microwave combo, 10ft Island with double bowl sink, 2 dishwashers and continuous ice maker. The kitchen opens into the dining area with 4 -8ft dining tables that seat your entire group for a sit-down dinner and the great room.

The great room is an amazing living space that features an entire floor to ceiling wall of windows, cultured stone gas fireplace, 2 separate seating areas with warm and inviting furnishings.

The first seating area is positioned to enjoy your favorite show or ballgame on the huge wall mounted 86-inch TV and the 2nd is in front of the cultured stone fireplace and wall of windows where you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace as you gaze out at the stunning view. And don't forget to look up as we brought some of the outdoors inside with 2 custom landings featuring wildlife, some of which are native to the Smoky Mountains. We have finished this main entry level off with 4 well-appointed king bedrooms all with private ensuite bathrooms, and a hallway half bath with custom handmade live edge countertop and large hand carved river stone vessel bowl sink.

Now let's make our way upstairs where you will find 4 more bedrooms and the Speak Easy style lounge area. At the top of the stairs and to your left there is one king suite with private bath and one family suite with one king bed and one queen bed and a private bath. In the center of the walkway is a bunk room with 5 sets of twin XL bunk beds and private bath. At the end of the walkway is the 4th bedroom with a king bed and private bath. Now to finish off the upper level is our Speak Easy Lounge with private full bath. Behind the beautiful arched top door with speakeasy window you will find a gorgeous wet bar, fireplace, cozy inviting furniture, 2 floor to ceiling windows with a stunning view and door leading to the upper private view deck with the oversized 7-person hot tub. This is truly an adult area where you can enjoy your own mixed drinks while you cozy up in front of the fireplace or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub while you take in the over-the-top mountain view.

And if all of this was not enough, I have saved the best for last!!! Making your way back downstairs to the lowest level you will find a huge family suite with a king bed, a set of queen over queen bunks with additional pull-out full-size trundle bed, large private bath and the over-the-top entertainment area.

Immediately at the bottom of the stairs is the indoor pool room with a 34ft X 16ft heated indoor pool complete with a 7ft waterslide, to the left you'll find the game room with pool table, Stand alone multicade game table, full bath and dry bar with a full size refrigerator. And don't forget the highlight of this amazing home The Authentic Duck Pin 2 Lane, Full Length Bowling Alley! Just outside the bowling alley you will also find the extra large side deck firepit, rockers and other seating. Your group will literally find a weeks' worth of memory making fun and never have to leave your cabin.
