This home is managed by the owner and is centrally located in an upscale neighborhood in the middle of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and conveniently located to multiple venues. You will love this home because of the current, cozy and home away from home feeling it will bring to your stay. This home will accommodate families, couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small groups that want to enjoy their stay all together in one home. The home has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a full bathroom in each and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and utilizes a common bathroom. The main living area includes a large living room, dining area, kitchen and powder room all situated in the center of the home for group gatherings. The home has a front porch for lounging and 2 backyard patios, cooking grill and picnic table that will provide additional outdoor space to relax in. Parking is provided in the 2-car over-sized garage with electric door opener or in the property driveway which accommodates an additional 4 cars.

Fantastic accommodations & host

Family trip to Texas with three night stay in the DFW area. The home was immaculately clean & very comfortable. Mr. Salter was welcoming and communicative. He accommodated our late check in and made she we had everything we needed from fresh fruit & water to toiletries aplenty. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with restaurants, groceries & shopping in close proximity. We’d love to visit the area & stay here again!

Girls weekend

There were 8 of us for a girls weekend. The house was wonderful; plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were comfortable with top of the line linens. The only downside for us was the parking as we all came in separate cars; we knew someone down the street and we used their driveway for the excess cars. We will definitely go back.

As every homeowner knows, all mechanicals in a home will eventually breakdown and fail; it's just a question of when. Unfortunately, something happened on this guest's watch but, it certainly was not a "major water issue" as the guest suggests. The guest reported a discoloration in the hot water and once I was notified, the hot water lines and hot water tank was flushed and hot water was restored within 1 hour. The good news for me is that a discoloration in the water is one of the first signs that a water heater is beginning to fail and this was a greatly appreciated warning sign that the water heater needed to be replaced before it actually did break and cause major water damage. We are not even 2 weeks past the guest's stay and the water heater has already been replaced. The 100 5-star reviews on all of my properties speaks volumes about the attention provided to ensure a high standard. This review is a "one off" on a situation that could not have been predicted yet was attended to immediately so as not to inconvenience the guest. It is unfortunate that this guest reacted so inappropriately yet maintains in the review that the property was "Spacious and Beautiful." Because of how the guest handled this situation and the poor communication, I would not welcome this guest back and offer caution to future hosts.

Thanksgiving Stay

The house is nice, nicely decorated, and room for everyone, enough Bathrooms as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The beddings and towels were extremely nice and plentiful. Bob is very nice and responsive. The only thing is that the house is old and need some repairs. but we didn't mind that.

We absolutely LOVED staying in this house. It was so nice, very clean, in excellent condition, very welcoming. Bob is the best host there is. He is there to welcome you when you arrive. He has thought of everything, makes you feel totally at home. This house is also centrally located to everywhere and everything is near by. The house was gorgeous and set up very well. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, which we did! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms roomy.
