LOCATION- .4 miles from Main Street and .6 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg
HOST- Your suite is private and none of its interior spaces are shared. However, your suite does share an interior wall with a hair salon and the homeowner maintains a residence in a separate building behind the suite.
SLEEPS- up to 4 people; 1 king bed in the bedroom and 1 double sleeper sofa in the living area
BATH- 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combination
KITCHEN- fully-equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher) that includes a Nespresso and regular coffeemaker
AMENITIES- 42" Cable TVs, DVD player, WiFi, covered front patio with seating

The location is so close to everything in Fredericksburg. The hostess went out of her way to help us however she could. The place is very modern and hip! The kitchen is well equipped. A Great experience.

506 N Milan was a very nice property. Modern with contemporary furnishings and decor. Safe location. A busy street but very quiet. 5 blocks from North end of Main. Not the easiest walk without full sidewalks but doable. Uber came quickly when needed. Great off street parking. Well-appointed Modern kitchen. Could use one great non stick pan, a sharp knife and more paper towels. Comfortable living area. Nice sized TVs in LR and bedroom. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Very clean. Great stay. Would visit again.
