Summer cottage only 2 minute walk from quiet sandy beach in the community of Pointe à Bouleau, Grand Barachois (Beaubassin-East).

The cottage has 3 good size bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with all the amenities, washing machine and dryer. Large yard with BBQ and fire pit to relax in the evening. Walking trail is located behind the cottage The cottage is a few minutes drive from grocery store, NB Liquor agency and a pizza shop. It is located 10 minutes from the town of Shediac and 20 minutes from the city of Moncton.

Please note there are no parties and no smoking in the cottage.

Michelle, our host, was always available to assist me. I enjoyed staying in this amazing cottage with my family, this place is so good for family activities; green landscapes and forests everywhere and there is also a beach near by. The cottage is beautiful and amazingly clean. I recommend it so much to families who would like to spend nice holidays in a safe and beautiful place. Thank you Michelle!!!

Close to beach

It is 2 minutes from the beach. There is a nice sandy beach about 5 minutes walk away. The beach is private but with access. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes drive. The only view of the ocean is from upstairs between the houses, but it is visible from there at least. The communication from Michelle was excellent! We mentioned needing a kettle and she brought us one. The kitchen is not new but recently repainted. There is no dishwasher but the Keurig and microwave were very helpful. The Air conditioner upstairs was appreciated. The only complaint is there were lots of mosquitoes.
