Space was very nice. The master bathroom was awesome. We were always able to get a space at the pool which has always been a struggle at other places we stayed. The free laundry room on site was a nice perk because we stayed for 8 days. We had some issues with not getting our check in notice until more than an hour after check in time, but the host was super quick when I reached out for the info. Hot tip: The address is listed as Tower A which isn't a thing. The Signature Towers are labeled 1,2,3. We guessed wrong and had to lug all our things plus groceries quite a distance to get to Tower 3. I found the price for this was about the same as our previous stays elsewhere so not really saving any money with this rental which was a lot less flashy and glitzy than hotels on the strip, but being able to have a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and space at the pool was worth the trade. If you are planning meals, be prepared there will not be any of the items you usually see with VRBOS (no salt, pepper or other spices, coffee filters, etc) so add that to your grocery list. I also liked that they had some convenience/ snack kiosks between the towers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Vegas fun

Site is convenient location to the Vegas strip. We utilized the monorail which was close by as well as walked a million steps! Night view of the Sphere and Linq Ferris wheel was nice too. If you were to stay here for Formula One race, you’d have a great view from the balcony!

The most amazing experience, have kitchen to cook you own food bed super comfy extra bed on the living room the whole experience was amazin fast reply toContact the host from now on on this place my favorite place to stay, the vegas strip you don’t even need you car are 5 minutes walking from Vegas strip hotel are super clean gym open 24 hours and you have accessibility at any time so I fully recommend this place you only paid taxes nothing else easy check in the view at the balcony hey if you have a doubt don’t think twice not smoking area inside the building or bedroom many amenities Starbucks so you don’t have to go out of the building and lot security to get to you room a security guy checking make sure you really are staying right in from the elevator need to scan you key to the elevator to be able to go check out easy as welll really nice experience to personal top notch if you want to experience privacy security this is the place if you want to have a casino experience this is not the place for you but you have access to the mgm casino walking inside the building and enjoy those benefits too excelentt host reply fast not issues
