Bright, sunny and nicely decorated, this two bedroom condo is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach just one block to the beach and boardwalk on the corner of Maryland Avenue and First Street. Park your car for the week and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. One parking space plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit is provided. Wifi and nicely upgraded throughout. Guest pays $105 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sorry, no pets permitted. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed 2 weeks in Rehoboth Beach. We had people above us that must have worked until 10PM because they were extremely noisy. The air conditioner in the first bedroom took up too much space on the floor as opposed to a window model. One of The ceiling fans didn't work in the second bedroom. No outdoor space to sit and drink coffee.

Perfect location

If you are looking for a nice spot close to the beach, this is it. Perfect location! It is so nice to be able to walk everywhere. It has everything you need in a small space. Would definitely stay here again.

Rehoboth Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rehoboth traffic was terrible. Air conditioners were noisy, had to turn off to sleep. No outdoor hose to clean sand from beach. Only plus was location, walk to beach and food.
