Cali House Old Town Niagara-on-The-Lake close to downtown

Beautiful house close to everything. House is well suited for 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, two bathrooms are ensuites and the 3 rd bathroom on the main floor is the common bathroom but also just outside the main floor bedroom. We offer a full size kitchen with all the amenities including stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher,microwave as well as toaster, coffee maker, blender,and all cooking pots and pans. There is a large kitchen table with seating for 8 with a view to the backyard.
The living room is at the front of the house with TV and 2 sofas.
The backyard has a covered porch with table and 6 chairs, an uncovered area with weber bbq and a couple of muskoka chairs. The front porch also has a small covered porch with 2 wicker chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds singing.
We are located within walking distance to some great restaurants and several wineries, fine hotels and of course downtown Niagara-on -the-Lake.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The location was great - within walking distance to most NOTL attractions. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio at the dining table there. The bathrooms had great water pressure and lots of towels were provided. The area is very quiet at night. We are already looking forward to coming back and will definitely rent here again.

Weekend Stay

Our group was 6 adults (three couples) celebrating my husband’s birthday. We have come to NOTL several years now for his birthday weekend and this stay was fantastic. The house was exactly as advertised in pictures and an easy 15-20min walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the Old Town area and a short drive to wineries. The house was very clean and comfortable and the beds and bathrooms were well stocked with linens, pillows, towels, and toiletries. Our only (very minimal) issue was no ice tray for the freezer. We would absolutely book this house again for another stay and look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space!

This is simply the best experience we have had. Take note: this is what winning with a short-term rental looks like. Simple check in, and hotel quality check out, i.e., towels on the floors and beds left alone. No one minds a cleaning fee when the host actually cleans. Every other experience I have had is so much worse. Note to owners: keep the checkout simple and guilt free like this host and you will be rewarded with more guests.Otherwise, the house seems remodeled with giant modern bathrooms, a backyard that is immeasurably large, and that giant window (as pictured.) The window itself is the size of a pickup cargo bed.The house could easily sleep 8 people, but we only had 4, and it was fantastic. We were with another couple and we all just used our own bathroom.Neighborhood is perfect. Quiet, nice houses, places to walk. No burnouts/boom trucks/motorcycles we could hear, but then again the insulation was so good, it would take a lot to disturb you inside the house.I think people would expect all this at this price point, but I can tell you that very often I have spent this much or more and the sneaky checkout instructions still want you to mop/dust/wash/dry/move/sort trash/etc.Highly recommended.
