Enjoy the cake shops and cafes of Acland St, Luna Park, the Palais Theatre, trams and the beach all within a very short walk. Permit parking for one car and plenty of paid parking on the street for additional cars. The house has three good sized bedrooms (one with workspace and super fast Wifi), great sized separate lounge, large eat-in kitchen and courtyard garden with outdoor dining and bbq. Each room has period features- soaring ceilings and fireplaces in every room (decorative only please!) Great access to public transport with the number 96 tram within a few mins' walk. Woolworths located within 80m and Acland St/ Barkly St cafes within a very short distance. Portacot, baby bath, highchair and pram also available. Kids' toys, books, sandtoys, and puzzles are on hand to keep your little ones entertained. Scooters and helmets available too to speed along the waterfront. Check-in and check-out times are usually flexible depending on other bookings so please get in touch if you have an early flight arrival etc. No parties please! Price is for four guests. Excellent communication with host. Perfect location. Clean and tidy with plenty of extras like games, puzzles, books. Very quiet but handy to Main Street.
Gorgeous character house in a perfect location. Close to the beach, shops and public transport. Monique is a great host, communicative and so friendly! We travelled as 3 adults and 2 children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, plenty of heating options when the nights are chilly. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved this house. Full of character, great location, comfortable, everything you need and a fantastic owner who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a family of 7 and it wasn’t cramped. Such an easy location - close to beach, cafes, Woolworths and tram.

Beautiful, comfortable & well-equipped property, well-managed by a responsive & friendly host. We are a family of grandparent, son & daughter-in-law & 3 grandchildren who enjoyed the very convenient position - close to the beach & shops but somehow, still quiet. The bedrooms were a good size with much-needed heaters in each room & plenty of warm blankets. The kitchen was well-equipped for eating-in & the loungeroom cosy & comfortable. Monique answered our emergency message quickly after we locked ourselves out & had a quick solution. Thanks Monique, we would recommend the property to anybody wanting a quiet, comfortable, well-located stay.
