I brought my family who i dont get to see very often to this house and i was immediately devistated when we walked into the rooms. Theres roof leaks with what looks like mildew on the roof leaks, serious stains on the carpets in the rooms and just really terrible terrible water that smells of sewage and tastes like iron i had to brush my teeth with bottled water and the smell lingered on my skin for days after we left this house im disappointed the listing only showed nice pictures of the parts of the house that would show up nicely on camera i turned in over 50 photos to the management company behind this losting and to vrbo they compensated me and my family for partial fees and im grateful for that however i still think its important to let others know what they are getting into with this listing. I would not ever return to this property.

The house was perfect for us, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kids had room to play and it was close to parks and the zoo. Will look for this house again next year for our trip.

Nice place to stay

Nice home with a heated floor in the master bath. Set up to sleep a lot of people. The neighborhood seems safe. Within a 10 min drive to anything you may need.

DO NOT STAY HEREThis house did not work for our family. We checked out as soon as we arrived. It was not clean. The lights didn't work. Light bulbs are missing and light bulbs were not fully screwed in. The carpet is filthy, worn out and needs to be replaced. The refrigerator needs to be cleaned. Beer bottle caps were found in the master shower. The place is tired and needs complete updating. The only people that should stay here are people that are looking for a party house and don't care about cleanliness. The only plus of this house is that there are lots of beds and a large dining table (which was not a need of ours).

This stay was a disaster from the beginning. For starters the pictures were extremely misleading. The floor and carpet were disgusting, the doorknobs were falling off, cobwebs everywhere, vents were gross, shrubs in front of the house were so overgrown you could barely get past, the tile in the bathroom was not actually secured to the floor making for a big safety concern, the AC was on the fritz, the entire house had a musty smell, and the toilets were not working! We had 6 people in this house, and we arrived around 8pm, and of the two toilets the house had- 1 of them was not working from the start, and the very next morning the other toilet stopped working. We had to wait until after 9pm that night for both toilets to be fixed! That’s over 24 hours for a basic necessity. The company overseeing this rental was very responsive at first, and became less and less efficient at communicating. I would hear back within minutes at first, and then it would be maybe a couple hours or so, then the next day I’d hear back. Eventually they stopped answering my call and messages at all, and lo and behold I called from my daughter’s phone with a different area code and they answered right away. It’s no wonder they have a D on BBB.This house looks nice on surface level, but it’s far from that. I highly suggest you look elsewhere, because not only was the house a disappointment but the rental company that the owner put this house with was absolutely horrible to deal with.

Perfect house for our 6 person trip (6 adults each with their own full or queen size bed) to visit notre dame for a game weekend and to enjoy the campus views. Plenty of space. Clean and straightforward. Only issues (if you could even call them that) was not being able to find garbage bags which we brought with us to house anyway and some confusion during check in. But owners had provided all the info in a separate neat well design layout and they had a quick response with the garbage bags which was a non-issue. Just make sure you go through the info/reach out before traveling so it cna be a silky-smooth experience that the property is set up for.
