Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the building, pool, hot tub, parking, layout, and the amenities provided. We’re sorry that a few areas of the condo were not up to our usual cleaning standard. Since no cleanliness concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, we weren’t aware of these items and would have been happy to have our cleaners return to address them right away. We’ll be following up with our cleaning team to ensure these details are not missed going forward. We also apologize that the sofa bed could not be repaired during your stay. We contacted our handyman as soon as you notified us, and he was available during the day to come and take care of it. However, you had requested that he not enter the unit until you were available. By the time you were available, he had already left the area, with plans to return that evening. Unfortunately, his next appointment took considerably longer than expected, and he was unable to return until very late. He came the following morning, but that was unfortunately your checkout day. We understand this was frustrating, and we did make every effort to address the issue during your stay. We also contacted VRBO twice regarding your request for a partial refund and were advised at the time that it did not qualify for a refund. The reservation was for seven guests, and there were sufficient beds for seven guests without the sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping capacity. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our cleaning and maintenance processes. Thank you again for staying with us.

Hello Tawnia, As we discussed, the Banff Park Pass is a complimentary addition to your stay to ease your travels in the area. It does not come as an additional cost to the guest. The previous guest took the Banff Pass accidentally and it was mailed back right away. As your visit was for 2 days, it arrived on the day you checked out. Ive apologized profusely to you for the previous guest's error. I hope we can rectify it on your next visit to the area. As the condo is located in a brand new complex, the hot tub had a slight delay. It should be ready in the month of August. Im glad you liked the condo and the amenities in the unit.
