About this property

New townhouse, 300m/4 min walk Te Kaha One New Zealand Stadium, car park, 2 bath

Open plan kitchen, dining and living with laundry and courtyard on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with ensuite, and a second bedroom and bathroom.

All amenities provided for an easy going stay, for just you or the whole family.

We are happy to assist with the following, but it must be requested at the time of booking;
- Free off-street parking
- Free use of the port-a-cot and high chair
- Extra linen for use of the queen Ecosa sofa bed (additional cost for groups of 4 or less)
- Early check in/late check out (additional cost and subject to availability)

Entire property with access via an electronic keypad for easy check in/out.

We kindly ask that the property is left in a respectful condition. Our cleaner is amazing however if the house is left in an excessively untidy state, extra fees may apply.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside, and no parties. Please be respectful of other residents.

The accommodation is great as you are in the centre of town. Coffee shops close too. So clean .

Being in such a great area it was easy to access areas we wanted to visit eg Mt Hutt etc

We liked the cleanliness and the location was good to see things in Christchurch. Suggestions: 1. Some of the instructions on the instruction packet are not legible. Perhaps make better copies and out them in a small notebook? 2. Have some spare bathroom and kitchen towels! Yes, there is a washing machine, but spare towels would be nice. 3. It took a couple of days to find the oven mitt! 4. Other vrbos we have stayed at had kitchen staples such as cooking oil, pancake batter, etc. That made the place feel more like a "home away from home" instead of a motel room.
