Lovely gated community in a prime Scottsdale location with heated pool and hot tub. Just East of Raintree and the 101 offering easy highway access to get around town. VERY close to great golfing, hiking, restaurants, nightlife, West World, Waste Management Open, Mayo Clinic, etc... Walk to great restaurants, CVS, Safeway, Aj's, Yoga and Coffee shops! Pickle ball courts and a dog park are just a few of the amenities available at Horizon Park which is just a short 3 min drive or within walking distance
Two of the bedrooms offer King beds. The 3rd has a Queen pull-out couch with desk to get some work done. One bathroom has double vanities with a walk in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo with a single vanity.
The LARGE patio overlooks the pool with landscaping and trees throughout. One reserved covered parking spot. Other non covered guest spots available.
