vacation. This exquisite, three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers vast ocean views
from practically every room of the house and both covered lanais.
The gated resort community of Na Hale O Keauhou offers a restful setting just a
mile from Kahaluu Beach, Kona Country Club, shopping and dining.
The roomy residence provides abundant gathering space for your ohana and this
building affords the best views in the complex. Enjoy the consistent ocean breeze, or
take advantage of the central air conditioning.
The spacious living room and well-appointed kitchen connect seamlessly to an
oversized ocean view lanai where sunset barbecues are routine year round. A half-bath
is conveniently placed near the kitchen.
All three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an ocean view balcony and laundry are
all found upstairs. After a day of exploring the island, make use of the Wi-Fi and cable
TV in the living room and bedrooms. You'll find a comfortable king bed in each of the
bedrooms, but one can be made into two single beds. The master suite is particularly
posh with a luxurious bathroom and private lanai that overlooks the ocean.
Na Hale O Keauhou is an upscale, gated community of both full- and part-time
residents. Please respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Amenities include:

The townhouse was large enough for the 6 persons a baby. It was clean and had plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. The gas grill came in handy to grilling meat outside. The air conditioning worked well along with the ceiling fans and box fans.

Perfect Home Away from Home

My family of 5 stayed here for 21 days while visiting Hawaii this Summer. It was the PERFECT house for us. The location of the house is perfect. The size of the home allowed us just enough space. And the heated pool was just perfect! We enjoyed ending each day of adventuring with a fun dip in the pool. I highly recommend this house!

Absolutely wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to any family of 5-6 people. Grandparents, parents and 2 kids stayed comfortably. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night on the lanai. The pool is perfect for kids! Also, a quick walk to shopping and the beach. Centrally located to get to many beaches and historical sites within an hours drive in either direction. Wow, what a great vacation!

Better than expected

Our stay at Na Hale O Keauhou G4 was wonderful. The views were even better than the pictures. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals at home. Very quiet location but with shopping and beaches close by. Beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning if needed but we just let the breeze blow through all the doors and windows and hardly needed to use it. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the pool is at the other end of the complex so someone with mobility issues may have issues with the condo but we were all over 70 and it was delightful. We would highly recommend this unit.

This was such a beautiful place .... the location was great, close to shopping, ocean, and beaches. All the beds were comfortable with the exception of the queen bed, the frame was squeeky, the headboard wasn’t attached properly and the mattress sagged toward the middle. Bedding/pillows were wonderful. Could have used some dishcloths and dish towels for drying dishes. Lots of extra amenities were greatly appreciated, body wash, laundry soap, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella. Mahalo for a wonderful holiday at your condo. We would absolutely reserve it again!!’

Spectacular Views

We booked this place last minute. I think it was a blessing in disguise… this property is well taken care of and the decorations makes this place stand out. It is not overloaded with furniture but has just enough to make it very comfortable. The property manager, Igor , was super responsive and checked in on us when there was a power outage. The place is well stocked. The AC is not cold just like other reviews but there are plenty of fans and the morning and night breezes cools the place down. The pictures don’t do it justice because it looks like the views were fake but it is not! Amazing sunrises and sunsets from the lanais and living area! Definitely recommend this property and host!

excellent location

Very nice property and in a nice quiet complex. The home had many extras with boogie boards, snorkel masks and plenty of other beach toys, chairs etc... There were lots of towel and beach towels. Laundry soap, toilet paper and other starter kitchen items were available which was great for out of state travelers. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views from the patio were gorgeous! The pool was nice and we used it often. The location is great with several good restaurants, pharmacy and a grocery store in the shopping center up the road. It is walkable but a bit steep . There is also a trolley that makes a stop at the shopping center that will take you into Kona. Questions were answered very quickly and checking in and out was easy. We really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location in a very nice condo complex. Views of the ocean are spectacular and proximity to beaches, shopping and downtown Kona are perfect. We had one rental car for 6 people so it was very nice that we could walk to a shopping plaza or beach when others had the car. The only negative is that the thermostat was set so that we could not lower it below 76 degrees. I wish this had been noted in the property description as we made our choice based on the property having A/C. They did have lots of ceiling fans and additional box fans in the rooms so it was mostly fine, but after a long day out in the sun, we all wished we could come in to a cooler spot. By evening, it had cooled off considerably and we were able to sleep just fine.

Deficiencies that we found upon arrival

The front screen door was detached from the pneumatic closer, previous tenants clothes were still in one of the dressers, a toilet seat was completely broken open parentheses the lid was detached from the toilet and the seat was precarious to sit on without it sliding off of the toilet) . The refrigerator door did not stay closed. We used packing tape and eventually a Velcro tape to keep it closed. We had at least 7 service visits during our week stay to find out, at the end of the week, that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. These issues should have been brought to the attention of the property manager by the cleaning crew and remedied before our arrival.

Wonderful stay in Hawaii!

The condo was amazing! My whole family enjoyed the stay. The location was very close to the grocery store and a short drive to the restaurants and shops in Kona. The pool was great and the grounds were impeccable.

Great Unit

2 cons for this property. The BBQ needs to be replaced. Beach chairs and umbrella need replaced with good Tommy Bahama. Everything else was perfect. You have no access at all to garage but doesn't matter. The unit itself is spacious and outstanding views of the ocean. We had 6 family for 2 weeks and everyone loved the unit. The pool, hot tub, workout room all got used and were excellent. This unit is excellent by any standard.

Perfect Vacation

Wonderful home, quite community. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai each morning and evening. Appreciated the owners having beach gear for guests! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, snorkeling beach. Highly recommended. We first came to Kona for our honeymoon back in 2004…returned in 2021 with our 15 and 13 year old kids. Your home made it a wonderful vacation and lasting memories for our family!

Summer 2021 Vacation to Kona

Everything about the property and location was as described. Condo was in excellent condition and the owners had it completely equipped with very good quality items. Beach gear and towels were readily available as well. Pool and work out facility were walking distance and a nice extra as well. Close to grocery store, restaurants and other stores. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
