Perfect Location

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside property! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning gulf views. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit.

Do note that the tiki bar is not really in operation after hurricane damage, but that is our one minor complaint!

Great Beach Vacation

This condo was a great getaway for our Spring Break. The location was perfect with a balcony looking out at the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The complex is trying to fully recover from the hurricane but is making a comeback with updates to the pool and outdoor bar. We will be back.

Thanksgiving on the Beach

Perfect 3 day break in the beach to spend time with wife and mom. Nothing beats football, turkey and beach. Thanks for making our stay amazing.

Good spot there served well for the area. Pool and toddler pool were very nice. Couch is a bit saggy, and there was no salt and pepper. I would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! We also enjoyed the cute little cafe that was on site. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break 2024

Great location! Just the right touch of amenities, on property cafe and pool side bar were perfect, the staf was friendly, attentive. Unit slept well and met our needs. Just some minor fixes/ couch needs some attention to cushions but the pull out sofa mattress was nice. Views Views Views! We tend to stay in 4&5 star resorts but this little place is a gem right on the clean beach and we will be back.

Incredible sunsets

We loved our stay at Sunset Vistas. It’s true, the sunsets were incredible. We enjoyed the views each morning and evening from our balcony and the views from the kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook meals each day. The biggest surprise was how warm the pool water was. Loved it. And the two hot tubs were great. We walked the beach each day. Would stay here again. :)

Thank you for the perfect Labor Day weekend stay. The condo was perfectly spacious. The Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The beach access was excellent. The Tikbar was exceptional. All around excellent service and stay.

Sunset Vistas Resort offered an unforgettable vacation experience. The spacious, well-appointed condo provided breathtaking sunset views from our private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily. The resort's proximity to the beach was a major plus, with direct access to the soft sands and crystal-clear waters. We appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who ensured our stay was comfortable. The pool area was clean and enjoyable for both adults and kids. Overall, Sunset Vistas Resort was an ideal destination for relaxation and beachfront fun, and we would love to return.
