Overall, the property was quite good... and large! I would say it would be well suited to a couple of families or several couples.
Nestled on the side of a hill and surrounded by lush vegetation, it had the feel of a Spanish villa. About 25 mins out of Cairns but close to eateries in Palm Cove and Trinity Beach. A couple of minor issues which were addressed and sorted quickly by the property manager.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for our place Jason!
It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, the location of this property is quite special and unique.
Once again we apologise about the water being disconnected temporarily. The council were fixing a burst pipe in a nearby suburb which unfortunately we had no control over.
It was a pleasure to host you and I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
All the best,
Cozie Homes
The house itself is stunning and the location near Clifton Beach is great, but a few issues affected our stay. The listing photos showed a game room that wasn't part of the actual house. The dryer is located outside in the garage, which wasn't clearly noted anywhere obvious, and its door wouldn't stay closed. We were told to try rebooting it, then later told to stop using it since the latch might need repair, but no fix or replacement was offered for the rest of our week-long stay with a large group. We also found ants in a sealed kitchen cupboard on day two, (in addition to in the sink and on counters). When we reported it, the response focused on reminding us to seal food and wipe counters rather than acknowledging a sealed cupboard shouldn't have been affected, or offering any treatment for the unit.Communication around small tasks was confusing. We were asked to put the recycling out while away for the day, told the host would pop by and do it if we couldn't, then later found the bin already at the curb with no clarity on who had done it or what was still needed.More generally, every issue we raised (the dryer, the ants) was met with instructions for us to fix it ourselves or prevent it going forward, rather than acknowledgment that these were problems with the property. It read as more concerned with liability than hospitality.
