This 5ha crystal clear waterskiing lake is nestled under the Four Peaks' Range just a short 30 minute drive from Fairlie. Completely secluded and 100% privately owned, this sanctuary provides an amazing place for any group to come and play with total privacy.
The Lodge and Lake House package (up to 15 people) is perfect for big groups that want to have an unforgettable experience of a lifetime. This package allows access to both the Lodge and the Lake house. These buildings complement each other for the perfect combination of modern living and a lake side retreat.
EXCLUSIVE BOOKINGS
Accommodation - Both the Lodge and Lake house come as a package. Only one group can book at a time. Absolutely no shared bookings between unfamiliar groups.
LODGE
Blue Mountain Lodge is a brand new building surrounded by mature oregons and blue spruce trees looks out to Blue Mountain Lake. Sleeps 5 people.
· Large kitchen and dining area - all kitchen equipment supplied
This is where the two bathrooms are located. There is no bathroom in the Lake House.
LAKE HOUSE
The Lake House is the original building at Blue Mountain Lake. Built in the 1960's but newly renovated this year. Sleeps up to 10 people.
· A master bedroom with queen bed and lake side views
· A second bedroom with a queen bed
· A bunk room with 6 single bunks.

· Linens and towels provided.
CAMPING
. Extras are welcome to camp on the big grassy lawn. Extra guests will be charge $50 per person per day
Bathrooms
Two large bathrooms are accessible via the Lodge patio with four toilets and two showers. Spacious brand new bathrooms with lots of extra storage.
The Lake
Blue Mountain Lake has perfect crystal clear fresh water that flows in and out of the Orari River. The lake is roughly 400 meters long and 170 meters at its widest point. It is completely surrounded by mature willows and well protected from the wind.
· 5 ha water skiing and swimming lake
· Lake boardwalk, boat launching area & private walk way
· Ranging from 1.5 to 3 meters + deep
· Outdoor bar area, huge fire pit and BBQS
· Canoes and paddles supplied.
· Suitable for jet boats and outboards with a draft suitable of 1.5 – 3 meters water depth.
· Completely private lake and accommodation. Absolutely no shared booking.
ACCESS - Blue Mountain Lake is only accessible via 4x4 vehicle. There is a small river crossing to get to the property. You must bring your own high clearance 4x4 vehicle, if you require assistance crossing the river we charge $50 EACH WAY per truck load over the river.
POWER - Power is supplied to the lake via a diesel generator. This system is mostly automatic, very easy to use.
