Inefficient management of Stayz
This was a complete disaster. We had traveled over 6 hours on Friday night and had no accommodation when we arrived. We sat on Bondi Beach until 9.30pm with no where to go on a very busy Sydney weekend of the City to Surf.
The property was double booked. We had no communication from Stayz nor the owner until 5.30pm of the first night of the stay.
On contacting Stayz a total of 5 phone calls for a duration of over 4 hours while we traveled, we were treated with rudeness and total lack of empathy or assistance and kept on hold for extended periods and told 4 times that someone would return our call. This never happened once!
Annalisa was the supervisor whom we spoke with who eventually, after keeping us on hold for over 1 hour whilst we were travelling, was extremely rude and hung up on me. We were told that Stayz would find us accommodation and pay up to 150% of our original booking. This did not happen. What was to be a family birthday celebration was completely ruined by your organisation. I will not recommend your business or any related organisation to anyone. In fact, they will be warned to keep clear.
