Carpet was very dirty, full of hair from guests before us. Carpet needs to be vacuumed and cleaned thoroughly. No curtain in the shower. No mirror over the sink in the bathroom. It was not possible to turn off the cold water tap in the kitchen. It was dripping,dripping continuously.

Great location, short walk to town centre. The bed was comfortable. I paid to stay at this motel wasn’t cheap. The price I paid the same for other motels are much better. I asked to change the bath towels and clear the rubbish bins, I was told that I had to pay. Hmm... The slidling door bottom rail was so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for mamy months or years. Kitchen window I couldn't opened it as there were tons of ants. I rang the receptionist and letted the lady know. The kitchen drawers were old and needed some attentions. The kitchen doesn't have a cooking stove, only a microwave. Luckily, we brought our electric frypan to cook. Good experience.

Place smelled bad when I came in Tv didn’t work Very minimal kitchen equipment No shower curtain One mirror in whole place was so high I could only see the top of my head Advertised as waterfront but looked out into a parking lot Really awful lighting Big sign in kitchen saying all dishes to be done and rubbish removed but still charged a $65 cleaning fee Pros Was very close to waterfront once I got outside Bed was surprisingly comfortable Bed was

We didn’t get check in information. Luckily there was a cleaner onsite to let us in. While the premises are advertised as slightly tired, and appeared to have a fairly new shower head, the general condition was very poor, with some areas being very dirty. Issues noted, carpet not nice, I had to wear flip flops as not comfortable walking on it. One area in corner looks like it has had carpet mites. One chair broken, not safe to sit on. Disabled seat in shower really unclean. Kitchen curtains- felt I wanted to wash hands after touching them. Microwave is past it. The door inside is rank and highly likely to be leaking. This caused an issue to evening meal prep. While this accommodation is sold as ‘budget’ and we were prepared to rough it a little, it is way overpriced. There is no excuse for filthy curtains, door entry (full of debris and grim) and the microwave. To be fair, the bed was comfortable and sheets nice and clean, which was a saving grace as the divan was a concern with stains and rips
