Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

We stayed at family tides 1 for the month of February 2025. Very nice rental, it fit our needs exactly. 2 minute walk to the beach and all the room and amenities that we needed. Very clean and cozy. We liked it so much we are booked into family tides 2 for next year. Thanks for the great times. Jim & Trina.

This is a really nice duplex. New paint inside and out. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, window treatments, and furniture. Very little noise from the family upstairs. Flat screens in every room. You can hear the ocean from either of the balconies.  Had all the dishes and kitchen utensils you will need. Lots of really nice touches. Best place we've stayed at in NMB. 50 yards to the beach access and half the price of oceanfront. Nice deal.

I grew up going to Cherry Grove Beach and this rental is quintessential Cherry Grove. It has been nicely updated and it quite comfortable. The location is perfect - literally walk across the road to the beach. It’s also close enough to drive to all the fun places around NMB and MB. The unit is spacious and the laundry is invaluable. Parking is included and easy. Check in was simple and is run through a service. If you’re not familiar with these kinds of beach rentals, one thing you need to know is you are responsible for everything - linens, towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc. This is not a typical owner rental with all the extras included. One other note: the cleaning was a tiny bit lacking. While most everything appeared clean, we noted a great deal of pet hair all over the floors. I sort of felt like they hadn’t been cleaned while everything else had been. Overall, it was a good place to stay and we would return.
