The house is a four-bedroom, three-full-bath beach house with luxurious details such as smart TVs and a great location The house is a non-smoking property that includes four parking passes. It is next to Boulineau’s Supermarket. Bella Mar is just a short walk from the beach and minutes from numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions.Bella Mar provides fabulous accommodations and amenities to please everyone. This bright and spacious house has a private balcony. You can see the treetops and neighborhoods below. Save some money and cook meals in the large kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Even with a larger group, keeping up with laundry with an in-unit washer and dryer can be easy. Central heating and air conditioning keep the entire space comfortable.Entertainment is easy to find at Bella Mar. There is a gas grill and putting green. There are flatscreen TVs throughout the house and complimentary WIFI. All ages will enjoy the sparkling outdoor swimming pool. The pool area is fenced-in, providing extra privacy. Right beside the pool area is a picnic table sitting under the carport. The pool can be heated year-round for a fee. Use the convenient outside shower to rinse off sand before hopping in the pool.Just a short distance from Bella Mar is the Atlantic Ocean. You can quickly get to the beach from the house and spend as much time there as possible. Search for seashells to take home as keepsakes and build sandcastles with your children. There are several watersports to participate in, including parasailing, jet-skiing, paddle boarding, and surfing. Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is close by and has a two-story observation deck. You can spend the entire day fishing and sightseeing, watching porpoises, fish, and boats go by. Play in the waves and then relax on the sand for hours. Close by are arcades and mini-golf courses that will delight children of all ages. Spend the day looking for deals and the perfect souvenirs at the nearby Barefoot Landing and shopping complexes. You can catch live entertainment at places like the Alabama Theatre or the House of Blues. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
