Welcome to Magnolia Place 202/4703 - located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at Myrtlewood Golf Resort!

Complete with upscale furniture in the living areas and bedrooms, you will feel right at home once you get unpacked and can take a break over at Magnolia Place 202/4703. This beautiful Myrtle Beach condo has been recently updated!

There is a flat-screen TV in the living area and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary utensils and appliances for your vacation getaway. There is a private balcony with captivating views of the Magnolia Place pool area right off of the living area!

In the master bedroom, there is a king bed with an attached full master bathroom! The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample space for all of your vacation belongings. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living area - making this unit able to fit up to six guests. You will be able to find comfort and solitude while residing at Magnolia Place 202/4703.

The Magnolia Place complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. Many popular attractions are within a 15-minute trip from Magnolia Place.

A Great Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was just as described. It was clean and seemed like it had been recently upgraded. Regardless, it was very well maintained. The check in and check out process was completely painless and it is just a very nice location. I was not able to locate the fitness center but the pool was beautiful and it is close to everything - shopping, outlets, the beach, restaurants. A great choice indeed.

It have enough room to fit our needs. We were missing sheets and towels. Let the office know and they arrived two days later. The only other issue was we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work. Minor fixes.
