From the beautiful bright decor, to the lovely golf course views, every detail about this home will delight you as soon as you walk through the door. Year after year visitors come back to Magnolia Place because they love the home away from home feeling they experience when staying in this premier Condo Complex. It is truly one of the most popular and most visited rental destinations along The Grand Strand. With it's convenient location close to all the areas attractions you will never be more than a 2-5 minutes from the beach, Dining, Broadway At The Beach, Shopping Malls, Outlets Stores, Convention Center, Airport, and all the Myrtle Beach Sports Venues.

This 2nd floor condo is appointed nicely with 1 King, 2 twins and 1 pullout sofa bed (renter will need to pay for sofa bed linens at check in). It will accommodate 6 guest very comfortably. After a few rounds of golf or a long day on the beach you may want to enjoy one of The Grand Strand's top dining destinations or stay in and relax with a meal at home. There are grills located around the complex for your convenience as well as a nicely equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook a gourmet meal if you like. This condo is awesome for entertaining or just relaxing.

Plus, we keep you close to all of the area’s best shopping, dining, entertainment, golf and sightseeing, from North Myrtle Beach to the center of it all – and beyond!

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Quaint spot

We were there for a softball tourney so it was great to have a fridge and washer/dryer for our needs. The condo was very close to the pool (it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, just fyi!). The check in spot to get keys was very close to the condo which was helpful! Grocery store was very close by and the restaurants at Broadway were too!

Summer Stay

The condo was just beautiful. I just wished someone would have told me how high the master bed was and that there were stools under the bed to help you get in. But it was fun and very comical to say the least to try to get in bed every night. The property was very quiet, beautiful and very maintained. The check in and out were very easy. The gentleman who answered the phone when I called was very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Great Condo

Excellent location to all the activities we love to do. Quiet neighborhood, grocery stores and shopping close by, just a few minutes from Broadway ar the Beach. Very comfortable, well appointed unit, kitchen is roomy and very well equipped. The only negative is the bed in the master bedroom. It’s huge and so high I needed to get a step stool to be able to get in it. It was also very hard but we solved that by putting a memory foam pad in it. We had a couple minor maintenance issues but the property manager was here immediately to fix. Bonus is there are a lot of books to read and a selection of DVDs. I’d stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as expected and just as pictured. It had almost everything we needed. We had to go out an buy a sheet set for the pull out bed, dish soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. Other than that all the essentials were there. We had trouble with the electric stove but someone came to fix it. The burners are a lil crooked so don’t expect your pancakes to be circles!!! Having a dryer and washer was a plus! The kids loved the pool and we loved that there was a bathroom there. The location was perfect and close to many attractions. The condo complex was generally quiet and had no problems with our neighbors except for the family that smoked weed everyday on the balcony beneath us. The condo looks out onto a golf corse which was nice to watch people playing and the grounds were very clean and manicured. Overall I would stay there again.

Beach Getaway

We rented this property for a group of five friends and loved it! All spaces were clean, well kept, and furnished with enough for six people. It all was more than comfortable for us, and very reasonable for the price. The apartment also had a lot of great storage space and the rental office was very clear about the check in and check out processes. We definitely recommend it and are thinking of staying again ourselves!

Very short drive from Myrtle Beach and N Myrtle Beach. Fully stocked with everything you could need. The water does start making a noise after a while which scared us at first, but everything else about the property was great! Loved our stay :)
