20 min drive from the Hastings City central and Hawkes Bay hospital and 4 min drive from the Napier city centre. Shopping centres, schools and l medical centres are close by .

This delightful home oozes charm and character to make a wonderful place to chill out before and after a busy day. A lovely private back yard and sun filled deck with hanging chair to enjoy a quiet drink with family

The guests are able to make good use of the whole house.
Other things to note
Special attention has been made to ensure the comfort and personal well-being of our guests.
There is a washing line behind the trellis at the end of the section ( many guests don't venture that far). The side door to the garage is open if you want to store bikes or dry laundry inside. The key is on the blue key ring and there is a door opener in the drawer of the hall table. The oven top is gas, just make sure the switch on the wall is fully on.

Very pleasant stay

Had 3 nights there and really enjoyed our time. It’s a house with great bones and we were very comfortable. Nice and close to shops and Marine Parade - great spot!

Wonderful, safe house

The house was perfect for my adult daughter and myself and would be suitable for 2 couples and an extra. Safe location. Although it's on a busy road, we hardly heard the traffic. Lea is fantastic and very easy to communicate with. There was even a lovely surprise for my daughter's birthday.
