Condo was exactly as described. Bathrooms looked recently updated and kitchen was well stocked. It was Just a short walk to the beach which was very convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was a bike/walking trail just across the main road.

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this condo. Everything was exactly as described, and the Tricketts are great to work with. Amelia Island is a beautiful place to vacation. I would highly recommend the island and this condo!!

Fun and Relaxation on Amelia Island Florida

This beautiful and comfy condo is located back in a quiet complex, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a community pool for the complex, tennis courts, and a pond for fishing. Would highly recommend and hope to rent it again on our next trip!
