The Property
This recently updated 2-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 5-6 adults and 2 small children on pull-out beds. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has a spacious bunk bed accommodating one adult on each level. The backyard is equipped with a dining table for six, and the front yard boasts a fire pit with six chairs and a large gazebo with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The private beach is just minutes away, right across the street.

A gazebo with the cushions inside the cottage for you and your family to enjoy, however, please ensure that the cushions are all placed back inside the cottage and none of them are left outside or lost before you leave.

Guest Access
There is no access to the shed and bunkie in the backyard.
There is a jet ski on a trailer located at the side of the building monitored with a security camera 24/7. Do not touch the jet ski, please.
We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay.

Cottage Rules:
Noise Policy: No parties allowed. Tiny Township enforces a strict Noise By-Law 24 hours a day.
If we receive a noise complaint, your rental may be terminated. Noise violation fines are $300.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
EV Charger: Guests are welcome to use the Tesla charger between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please ensure it is returned to its docking station after use to avoid any potential damage.
Watercraft Use: Any watercraft you bring on-site is to be used at your own risk. We are not liable for any incidents resulting from the use of water equipment. It is your responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules, and local laws.
Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times while on the property.
By booking with us, you accept liability for any incidents and agree to supervise children at all times.
Campfires:
- Before starting a fire, check if a FIRE BAN is in effect by calling the township.
- A Fire Permit is required for campfires in Tiny. You will find this permit in the rental binder.
- Fires are allowed at the designated fire pit, provided there is no fire ban.
- Guests must supply their own firewood.
- Having a fire during a fire ban or when winds exceed 20 km/h results in a $180 fine.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the fireplace pit or specified ashtray.
Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including adults and children over the age of 2.
Visitor Policy: No visitors are permitted without prior approval.
Septic System Guidelines:
- Respect typical septic system rules:
- Do not pour grease down the drain. Empty cooking oil and other grease into the compost.
- Only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
Signs are posted throughout the cottage to remind you of these rules.
Additional Notes:
Water Supply: The property uses a well. Please bring your own drinking water.
Terrain: The natural and uneven terrain around the property and beach may be unsuitable for individuals with wheelchairs or mobility issues.
Linens and Toiletries: Guests must bring their own linens, towels, bed sheets, toiletries, soap, dish soap, and other personal items. Beach and shower towels are not provided.
Wood-Burning Stove: The wood by the wood-burning stove is for decoration only. If used accidentally, we will charge for its replacement.
Departure Responsibilities: Please leave the rental property in the same condition as you found it. Renters are responsible for:
- Removing all personal belongings.
- Placing all garbage, compost, and recycling in the outdoor garbage carts.
- Returning all furniture, small appliances, toys, games, and other cottage contents to their original positions.
- Washing any dirty dishes before departure.
Family Retreat: This is an ideal retreat for families seeking quiet relaxation in nature. No smoking, drugs, parties, or loud music are allowed. Our neighbors value peace, so please respect their sensitivity to noise.
