Cottage was clean and presented as described. Lovely hosts

Walking distance to Woodland and Edmore beaches. Convenience store, LCBO and ice cream across the street. Excellent air conditioning and TV apps. Functioning BBQ and good backyard screened in family sized table. I have booked for next year!

Exceeded expectations...and perfect location!

We were looking for a property in Tiny as we coordinated with friends who stay every year and Sabrina's location and amenities were just right. Walk to everything crucial, and a short drive to anything you need. Property was clean and had so many updates that make it brighter and more spacious than the photos show. I love that it's not cluttered and lots of space for our grandson to play inside and out. My husband, who is a homebody, said he can see us renting with them again too!

Cute and Relaxing

Hey y’all so overall this property was cute had most of important items needed. It had 3 rooms with 3 double beds basic mattress with blankets. (Bring your own bed sheets) Couch was ok, not sure if it’s good for 4 adult people comfortably. The bedrooms are not totally blocked off so we can all hear each other……SNORING it was loud! LOL The bathroom was a little pain in the arsssss just because of the location and traffic through the kitchen can get annoying. When trying to cook something it was a little challenging. However we somehow succeeded with our own bbq or fire pit outdoors. The tent in the back was great for any meals of the day. The property is good size especially if you have pets just wished the fence was closed off. The cute convenience store is also connected to LCBO which was great, just walk across and get your drink of choice. Save some storage space. We went for walks to a few trails around poplar trail…many of these trails lead to public sandy beaches allowing pets😊 This was great! The town of Tiny is nice and friendly. Berry Hill Farms and Nicholyns Farms has great fresh Ontario produce so check them out. I think for the reasonable price this place has it all. We would be back. I appreciate this stay thank you Sabrina

La plage en toute simplicité

Petite maison simple, accueillante, bien située et propre. Chambres ne permettant pas trop d'intimité, mais correctes pour notre utilisation. Belle cour permettant jeux, feu, détente et repas. Plage à découvrir; très intime. Eau potable à aller chercher à quelques km et puit d'eau un peu petit. Présence d'un bbq, mais un peu désuet pour plus de deux personnes. Séjour apprécié!

Lovely cottage

Lovely, quaint cottage! Super clean, super easy check in process. Location is super close to all attractions (Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and even Midland) but not right in the thick of things. Quiet & peaceful property. The closest beach has no sandy area and is mostly rock, but the sunsets are amazing. We had a wonderful week and would definitely rent here again.

Belle petite maison bien située à 2 km de belles plages de sable. La plage proche à 1 min de marche est en galets. Très bien équipé. Lits peu confortables. Eau non potable. Beau terrain aérriere gazonné.

Best MINIMOON !!!

I absolutely adore and recomend this property! My husband (still getting use to calling him my husband !!!) and I stayed up at Sabrina's cottage for our minimoon after our wedding, and I couldn't have asked for better. The location is perfect! The cottage is perfect and well kept. And Sabrina is AMAZING!!! Made sure everything was going smoothly, and was only a phone call or text away if needed. We will 10000% be returning! Thank you again Sabrina and we look forward to visiting again soon!!

Very peaceful

We truly enjoyed the tranquility of Tiny township. The cabin was more than adequate and comfortable. The back yard was relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone I know.

1) Bed mattresses have no support, sag, and are very uncomfortable. Everyone complained. 2) Beds are extremely noisy due to old frames and squeaked if anyone moved. 3) Floors in cottage are torn, dirty and need replaced. 4) BBQ needs to have the grates removed to manually lite it. Unsafe.. 5) Nests of large spiders under the torn flooring. Were routinely seen in the cottage. 6) Roof leaked when it rained. Needed to put pots down and papers to soak up the water

Tidy and homey, all the out door ammenities we could want. Loved the hammock and the fire pit.

Tidy property inside and out. Loads of room for the 2 of us and 6 viistors for a day. Quiet area considering there is a beach and business down the road. Our stay was relaxing.
