Newly renovated single-level apartment offers travelers all the comforts to thoroughly enjoy their stay. 1 bedroom with Queen Bed equiped with luxury linens, full kitchen, front porch and washer, dryer. Located in Mid City, and just a few blocks to the famous Wrong Iron and Parkway Poboy shop! A perfect home base for those that are working or traveling.

The Space:
Beautiful newly renovated space in Mid City. This classic New Orleans architecure, offers a queen size bed, full bathroom, open kitchen and living room design. This house is a great escape from the city while being centrally located. Have a cocktail in the private courtyard and relax. The house is located steps from the Lafitte greenway bike path, Whole Foods and the Canal street car is 2 blocks away and neighborhood is filled with local restaurants, character and NOLA charm

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the whole 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, and the rear courtyard. The building is a double (duplex) and shares a center dividing wall with the long term tenant next door. We have added insulation between the walls, but you can still hear the neighbors from time to time. The neighboring unit is a short term airbnb rental.

The Neighborhood:
Mid City is the central heart of New Orleans. This ubran neighborhood has great access to many restaurants nearby and is about 3 miles from downtown. 1 Mile from City Park.

Other Things to Note:
This home is a duplex and shares a wall with the airbnb unit next door.

Pets are welcome for a one-time $150 fee per pet.
