The space
On the ground floor, enjoy a luxurious master suite with a private ensuite, along with two cozy bedrooms and a beautifully appointed main bathroom — offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at ease.

Head upstairs to your very own sanctuary: a light-filled bedroom with soaring ceilings, breathtaking city skyline views, and a private balcony — the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the fireworks sparkle over the city (subject to the city’s schedule).

With three king-sized beds, one queen-sized bed, and a comfortable double sofa bed, there’s room for everyone to rest in comfort. Each room features its own air conditioning unit, ensuring the perfect temperature year-round.

Please note: The property spans three levels. Guests have exclusive access to the ground and upper floors. The lower level is a separate, self-contained unit occupied by two quiet, respectful female students. Both spaces are completely private and sound-separated so you can enjoy your stay uninterrupted.

The host is very hospitable and we communicated smoothly . The house is clean, quiet and comfortable and the owner offers a lot of small things which gave us convenience and comfort. Extremely comfortable stay

We spent the long weekend at this lovely property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. Each of the four beds was king-sized and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely return if we visit Canberra again.

Amazing house - perfect stay!

Our stay was for 4 x couples (friends) for a weekend. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The property is lovely, with all rooms tastefully decorated. Enough bathrooms for everyone! The gardens are amazing - front and back provided space for us to relax together. Close to the city and all the things we wanted to visit. Our host was great - with good communication about check in, which was an easy procedure. We would definitely book again!

Great Hidden Gem

We booked our recent stay with Stayz and we were not disappointed. The property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our extended family and the location was perfect!! (Ainslie)The rooms were a great size as were the beds, not to mention the ENORMOUS master bedroom upstairs. The property was very clean, as was the sleeping facilities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again, and again.We HIGHLY recommend this Four-bedroom house with city view in Central Canberra!!

Hi Laurence,The house is really lovely, but as it was so hot in Canberra the day we stayed, 36 the house has a big problem with the bedrooms.Two of the bedrooms in the house don't have air con and were very, very hot, and because the rooms don't have fly screens on windows, you couldn't have them wide open to cool the room down. One of our children have big reactions to mosquito bites so had to have the window closed, so consequently they had a very bad sleep as it was so hot in the room even with the fans on. Installing air con is expensive in the two bedrooms, maybe? But two fly screens are reasonable and quick to install, and we would recommend having them done for your next guests so they can cool the rooms down.Other than that, we would come back and stay there again. Hope our criticism is fair.Regards,John
