A beautiful, comfy basement apartment with a private entrance and brand new appliances. The location is 5 minutes from Steeles & Mclachlan, close to Sheridan college, in Brampton, in a quiet neighbourhood. Minutes walk to bus stations, grocery stores, many restaurants and the Go train station should you need to go to Toronto.

Clean, cozy and newly renovated space. Separate entrance provides convenience and privacy.

Very quiet neighbourhood close to everything.

You have access to your own private basement apartment via a separate entrance.
Two beds, one queen in the bedroom and one pull out sofa bed.
Your own complete kitchen including a fridge,and stove.Your own bathroom as well.

Private bedroom and bathroom exclusively for your own personal use.

There’s a shared washer and dryer right outside the basement door.

Anita is lovely and very welcoming. The suite was clean and well equipped. We found the bed very comfortable. The stairs to the suite are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
