This fully self-contained one-bedroom unit on the ground level. This unit has its own private entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette and queen bed.
Boat parking is available at the front of the property with access for boat parking at the rear.
Please note that the Studio is not available to book during Peak times.
To top it off, walk out the back gate and the property has direct access to Short Point Beach through the bushy reserve.
