Welcome to our elegant 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home nestled in the beautiful gated community of Greenway Park. This PRIME Seagrove home is just 2 miles from Seaside and 4 miles from Aly's and Rosemary beach. The home features high ceilings, granite counter tops and beautiful shiplap throughout. We are directly across from our pristine white beach and steps away from our large neighborhood pool. There are two king master suites, one queen and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The home is fully equipped with flat screen HD smart TV's in every bedroom. Wi-Fi and internet services provided. Our home has three porches, two screened for you to relax after a day at the beach or for a family meal. Our six person street legal
Golf cart is available for guests 25 and older with a valid drivers license, and a signed waiver from host. As per Walton County LSV ordinance, all passengers must wear seat belts or child restraints. Guests may take the golf cart along 30A where the speed limit does not exceed 35 mph. We have also added 4 bikes to the home. We hope you enjoy your stay in our Happy place!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please rinse and return any beach equipment to storage shed. Rinse golf cart and plug in for charging. Return the golf cart keys to kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use of our street legal golf cart is limited to adults 27 and older with a valid driver’s license. Maximum capacity is 6.
Please observe the local noise ordinance which prohibits loud noises or disturbances between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Perfect home away from home…

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Hiker Street home. Shelly is an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with leading up to our stay. The home is beautiful, very clean and well equipped for a variety of needs, including umbrellas and beach chairs. Our boys enjoyed bike rides around the gated community and having the golf cart made getting around 30a much more fun and accessible. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Beautiful home

Amazing home, beautifully decorated. Very Comfortable beds. Loved the nice quiet community. Our family loved the 6 seater golf cart and ability to get to beaches and in town. Would definitely recommend. Owners were very responsive to questions.

Amazing house in a great location!

I've been vacationing on 30A for over 15 years and have stayed in many houses. This has been one of my favorites! The decor is exquisite and nicely accommodated two families plus the grandparents. The golf cart was a hit! We took it to the beach each day, which was took just a few minutes. The owners were quick to respond to anything we needed. The point where we access the beach is right where Eastern Lake meets the ocean, so the little kids enjoyed playing in the shallow part of the lake as well. Extras that we appreciated were the grill, smart TVs, WiFi, bikes and beach chairs, and the screened-in patio. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did go and purchase a coffee pot, as it only had a Keurig. Again, the decor of the house was just beautiful!

Our favorite home we have rented cin 30A!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here in Seagrove beach. This is our fifth year staying in 30A and third staying in Seagrove and this home was by far our favorite. From the minute we walked in we felt relaxed and at home. We had the pleasure of meeting Shelly and her husband on our first day as they went out of their way to fix an issue with the internet that was happening prior to our arrival. They were so kind and genuine! It meant so much that they wanted us to have the best experience possible during our stay. The beach was easily accessible with the golf cart. A short 5 minute drive which made getting our 15 month old to and from the beach with our beach gear a breeze. There are two beach access points - one of which we personally loved for our toddler. It is where the lake meets up to the beach creating the most perfect shallow area for her to play around in and keep cool while we relaxed. We even rented a paddle board on the last day and she loved sitting on it in the shallow water while we paddled her. Although we were at the beach more than the pool, the pool is a quick one minute walk from the house and was perfect for those who wanted to swim in the pool! A lot of shade and tables and chairs surrounding the pool. The home has an abundance of beach gear and the bikes were nicer than any bikes you could rent or any that we have encountered with other rentals. Overall Shelly has made this rental a home away from home. If you are looking for a wonderful home to stay in while here in 30A and create beautiful memories - look no further! We can’t wait to stay here again!
