Welcome to Caribou Lodge, a spacious and inviting 4-bedroom retreat offering the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and convenience. Caribou Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the airport and only minutes from downtown, this property provides easy access to local amenities while maintaining a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, minutes from town.

Designed for relaxation and connection, the lodge features a warm, thoughtfully curated interior with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with all of the cooking essentials, and ample space for families or groups to gather. Enjoy a relaxing meal on the covered patio or wind down indoors. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding landscape, creating a calm and welcoming environment. Enjoy the comfort of the covered outdoor hot tub, offering a spa-like experience in a private setting. The reservation holder/primary guest (person who made the booking) must provide two pieces of government-issued photo identification 10 days prior to check-in. The primary guest agrees that the reservation be booked with the accurate number of guests and is required to submit a list including full names of all guests for the reservation. The primary guest agrees to the additional charge of $100 per guest per night for each guest over two. No unauthorized guests are allowed day or night on the property outside of the reservation. Reservations exceeding 7 days require an additional weekly service fee of $150. Certain areas of the home including the garage are restricted and are not accessible by guests.

Accepting this reservation, the primary guest agrees to comply with all rules and policies. Please note that violations may result in a minimum $500 fine and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Max occupancy for the property is 13 people at any given time.
No Events or Parties.
Strictly No Smoking on property.
Hot tub capacity 5 people Max.
No beverages (except water), foods, soaps, dyes or glass allowed in hot tub. Any misuse of the hot tub will result in a $500 misuse fine.
Exterior security cameras are present and solely for security, liability and protection. Kindly note, the hot tub area falls within field view of an exterior camera. As per the platforms policy, no interior cameras are present inside the rental.
