The Bluehaus - Modern Lux Cottage, Bayfield Getaway!

Welcome to the Bluehaus - a spacious and modern 4 bedroom cottage nestled under 100 year old trees, a 4 km drive from downtown Bayfield and 20 minutes to Grand Bend. The cottage offers luxury Scandinavian-inspired open plan living with all modern conveniences. Located a short walk from the shores of Lake Huron, the cottage has a large wrap-around deck, two covered porches, spacious bedrooms, and a generous and bright chef's kitchen. Spend the day at a nearby beach or exploring the amazing shops in Bayfield. Return to enjoy a BBQ and campfire in the evenings.

The cottage is perfect for a romantic stay for a couple, a family get away or a group retreat.

Enjoy one floor living with all bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces on the same floor. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people offering four bedrooms.

Bed linens, bath and hand towels are provided.

Both bathrooms are fitted with modern glass enclosure showers in a spa like setting. Showers are fitted with grab bars and all doors are 34 inches wide.

We are located a short walk from two access points to stairs to our community beach. The stairs can be steep and those with mobility issues may find these challenging. However, we are a 5 minute drive from the Town of Bayfield's beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets at Pier Beach, featuring easy access and parking, as well as Howard Beach and Houston Heights Beach, accessed via stairs.

We stayed for a week with another couple (4 adults, two 3yo, and a baby). There was plenty of room for us and the house was very clean when we arrived. The beds were quite comfortable as well. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.There are two pathways with stairs down to the beach but it was a bit rocky for the little kids so we went to the beach in Bayfield and one day at Grand Bend.I would definitely recommend staying with Sylvia.
