Studio apartment with balcony and amazing views of El Laguito and TierraBomba
Family oriented Cozy Studio apartment with balcony to enjoy the beautiful views of El Laguito ,perfect spot to see a stunning sunrise and from the side window the view of the island of Tierra Bomba and gorgeous sunsets.
Great location! 20 minute taxi ride from the airport, 3 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.
One king bed and a pull out sofa, closet, well equipped kitchen, dining table, full size fridge and one bathroom. There is also free wifi, TV, air conditioner and fan as well as access to the building's swimming pool area. Towels, bed sheets, body soap and cleaning supplies are provided.
The Studio is located at a building with 24 hour security. All our guests must register upon arrival at the building's reception area and there is a mandatory fee, by the building's administration, of $10.000 Colombian pesos per person. It is payable at the reception. You will be given a wristband that will allow you access to the building and the pool area.
No overnight visitors and no paid escorts allowed.

Nice area, nice people, small place .
I enjoyed the area, and the host was very nice...However the property was smaller than advertised ... Its was basically a hotel room not a studio apt....needs to be updated things falling apart ihadto replace a plasitc chair that broke when i sat in it, they made me pay for it, and the blinds fell of the wall with a normal pull of the string. . Otherwise I had fun. ..

Unfortunately this guest broke more than just a chair , despite the No smoking rule there were cigarette burns on sheets all the way to the mattress, plus other damages.
The place is exactly as the pictures show.
We have cleaned and deodorized the studio apartment plus fixed all the damages done and be taking further steps to prevent similar
incidents to happen again.

Location is our best asset! 2 minute walk to the beaches of Bocagrande and Laguito , lots of nice and affordable restaurants, cafeterias ,supermarkets and drugstores around the building.
