The pool and backyard are completely private and exclusively for guests staying in the main house.

Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, CasaMia offers a relaxed setting with modern amenities and a beautiful private outdoor space.

Start your day with a strong Cuban coffee on the sunny terrace, take one of the provided bikes for a ride around the neighborhood, or explore Miami’s creative scene just 10 minutes from Wynwood and the Design District. After a day in the city, return home to unwind by the pool, enjoy a BBQ in the backyard, or simply relax under the Miami sun.


The Space

CasaMia features two spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds, high-quality cotton linens, and plenty of natural light. One bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom for additional comfort and privacy.

For flexible sleeping arrangements, the living area includes two additional single sleeping options from the modular sofas, plus an air mattress with electric pump available if needed.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all the furniture back to their original place. Check the house for personal items left behind. Do not leave food inside the refrigerator. Clean the BBQ and ensure the gas tank is closed.
Guests with Pets: Please make sure there are no damages made by your pet, including no solid waste inside or outside the property. Smokers: cigaret butts in out turf or garden are unacceptable, please
Lastly, please close all the windows, doors and gates. We thank you for your attention and cooperation!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Guests most be declared within the reservation. Unregistered guests or pets are not allowed and may be subjected to extra charge.
Do not tamper with the security cameras. Keep the house organized and throw away the garbage. Put all furnitures back into their original position.
Doors and windows should be closed at all times. Hosts will not be held responsible 4 the appearance of any plague during your stay due to open doors
