Nice property and great location. Spacious and comfortable, except futons were not comfortable for sleeping and there was no queen air bed as expected. Did enjoy the deck and hot tub, and parking is good. It's a good option for kids and pets, as there is a lot of open space and a dog park close by.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted you enjoyed the property’s location, spaciousness, and amenities like the deck and hot tub. We apologize for any inconvenience with the futons and the air bed. Our records show the air bed was stored in the upstairs bunk room closet, and we would have been happy to assist in locating it during your stay. We're pleased to hear you appreciated the open space. Your insights are invaluable as we strive to enhance our guests' experiences. We hope to welcome you back soon.
