Please be advised that one of the apartments in the complex will be carrying out renovations over the next three to four weeks. Renovation noise is only permitted after 9.00 am on weekdays only. So, there will be no noisy works prior to 9.00 am or on the weekends.

This lovely apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach, 5km from Wembley Golf Course and 11 km from the Aquarium of Western Australia. Cafes and shops just a short stroll. Fifteen minute drive to the Perth CBD.

It’s in the details…

Location is good.Apartment was clean for the most part….few hairs in the bathroom and the baseboard/skirting boards look like they have never been cleaned, ever.Ceilings are starting to Peel through moisture but that’s a maintenance issue….like the worn carpet and the bathroom fan that clicks incessantly if there is the slightest breeze. Incredibly annoying at night time. The shower door needs to be looked at so it doesn’t leave a flood on the bathroom floor everytime someone has a shower.The air conditioning works well in the Main living area, very important for Perth in Summer. The bedrooms have fans (be careful while changing a t shirt while they are on because they are LOW) which require the bedroom doors to be open almost continuously to make them cool enough to sleep in.All in all it’s a decent place. The location is the selling feature. Just disappointing when you walk-in to a worn out place for the amount of money you pay.The bad part now. The front door lock (electric keypad) stopped working and could not be lock towards the end of my stay. Contacted the owner via the message thread on the app to notify them. I got a response, but it was seemingly an AI chatbot telling me I need to send them a ‘private’ review (whatever that is) and that they need high ratings to be a ‘Superhost’ (whatever that is).Sorry guys, as I said it’s decent but you have to work on your service skills.
