The place is compact and the kitchen is tiny. I had a decent time at this place. However since it’s pretty much a room, your experience depends on others in the house as it’s not entirely private since people going in and out of the house a few times can make you frustrated. The Wifi was pretty average and I have notified the host about this as well. The AC is solid and you had a little fridge to keep your groceries and stuff. I did not have access to the backdoor. The place was clean and tidy. The ventilation management was unsatisfactory, a quick shower would make the whole place foggy in no time. However, the communication with the host was pretty great. It’s a solid and safe area. Plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transport.

It was overall a good stay, with the exception of only having 1 chair to sit on was an inconvenience. A bit different to what we are used to, but found we didn't miss the tv. Booking in was a bit worrying for me, as I had not used anything like this bofore.

Olivia was great with her communication, very prompt friendly and helpful. We loved its location in Sunnybank. Very central in relation to services and centers we needed to access. We got to explore an area of Brisbane I’ve never really been to and appreciate the oriental/Asian presence especially with the food markets and restaurants. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures portrayed though but very clean and neat and perfect for what we needed for the short time there. It would be nice to have a couch or sofa chair of some sort though apart from that, a solid 9/10.
