3 bedroom, 3.5 bath PH Views from both the terrace and the balcony of both the lagoon and the Ocean, Sunsets like no other, Terrace with bar, 25 ft pool, outdoor shower.

Please read all house rules, policies, and instructions carefully before booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all listed rules and policies.

An under-cover garage space (steps from our building) may be available for $25/night.
Otherwise, you’re welcome to park for free in the guest parking lot, about a five-minute walk by the security gate entrance.
Replacement fees: Gate remote $150, fobs $100, unit keys $50.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external cameras.

Dream vacation starts here!!!

This home was absolutely breathtaking!!!!! Extremely clean, PERFECT location, unbelievable views, and a rooftop lounge/pool/bar/hangout area like nothing I've ever seen! It was conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, harbor, and steps from the beach. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with this rental. It made our experience a dream vacation. Robin was super easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions. She also chartered us a boat for the day, which was so luxurious and convenient! I would recommend this penthouse to anyone and everyone. It was truly magnificent!!!!

A gem in paradise!

This penthouse was truly a gem and the hosts are beyond amazing. Our stay was one of the best, most flawless HomeAway experiences we've had! We came with our family over President's Day and could not have asked for a better vacation. The place is exactly as described (even better than the pictures) - it was clean and modern, and can we talk about the infinity pool?! It was the best!! Aside from the accommodations, Robin was truly the best host! She was in touch with us ahead of time about the check-in, and went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations for the area. She was so accessible and always responded to questions immediately. We can't say enough good things about our experience and definitely plan to make this a yearly trip!! Thank you!!

Spectacular Vacation in the beautiful St. Martin

I could not have asked for a better trip in St. Martin. The property was magnificent and had unrivaled views of the marina and ocean. The bedrooms were large and decorated beautifully, the living room was spacious, and we were even surprised by the Christmas tree for the holidays! We enjoyed beautiful weather during our stay and were able to relax on the penthouse roof. The infinity pool was the cherry on top of the best vacation. Our vacation couldn't have been better and I can't wait to stay at this top property when I come back!

Simply Outstanding Vacation Experience!!!!

Our vacation at Porto Cupecoy 9a was the absolute most memorable vacation of our lives for me, my children and their friends!! Every single detail from greeting upon our arrival, VIP access to every amenity, this beautiful penthouse at Cupecoy is luxuriously designed and beautifully kept. Each room has the privacy of your own bathroom, the master bedroom with sliding doors onto beautiful deck with incredible breathtaking views, the interior design, the beautiful artwork, the view, the private pool, personal concierge service that they offer is on the spot 24/7 and so incredibly helpful and accommodating. This penthouse unit itself is just breathtaking. The photos just don't do it justice. We are looking forward to going back again this year which is already booked!!!!!
